1. What Discount Thrive Is
Discount Thrive publishes deal guides, discount codes, and shopping advice for online shoppers. Our content is informational: we research offers, test coupon codes where possible, and describe what we find. We are not a retailer, and we do not sell products or process payments. Any purchase you make happens on the retailer’s own website, under that retailer’s terms.
2. Deal Accuracy
We work hard to keep our listings accurate. Every guide is researched before publication and revisited on a rolling basis. However:
- Discounts, coupon codes, prices, and promotional terms are set by the retailers, not by us, and can change or expire at any time without notice.
- A code that worked when we tested it may not work for you, for example because of exclusions (new customers only, minimum spend, specific products or regions).
- We cannot guarantee that any particular code or offer will work at the moment you try it.
If you find an error in one of our guides, let us know and we will correct it.
3. Affiliate Links
Many links on Discount Thrive are affiliate links, meaning we may earn a commission if you make a purchase through them, at no extra cost to you. Our full Affiliate Disclosure explains how this works. Affiliate relationships never influence which deals we cover or how we describe them, and we do not sell featured placements.
4. Intellectual Property
Everything on Discount Thrive, including text, images, graphics, and design, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may:
- Read, share links to, and quote brief excerpts of our content for personal, non-commercial purposes, with credit to Discount Thrive.
You may not copy, republish, scrape, or redistribute our content in bulk, frame our pages, or use our brand name, logo, or images for commercial purposes without our written permission.
5. Acceptable Use
When using the Service, you agree not to:
- Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or harvest our content at scale.
- Attempt to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its servers.

Display advertisements on the Service are served by Google AdSense. We do not select, review, or endorse advertised products or services.

- We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
- We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, our content, including expired or non-working coupon codes, or from transactions you complete with third-party retailers.
- Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, without prejudice to your mandatory consumer rights under the laws of your country of residence.
