If you own a Mazda MX-5 Miata, you already know Moss Miata. The Miata division of Moss Motors has supplied Miata parts and accessories since 1994, covering every generation from the NA to the ND. But if you came here hunting for a Moss Miata promo code, here is the honest answer upfront: Moss Miata does not issue promo codes at all. That is not our guess; it is the company’s official policy. This guide was rewritten in October 2026 to correct the record and show you how Miata owners actually save: the loyalty program, the extended free shipping offer, the twice yearly catalog sales, and the live clearance page.

The Official Word: No Moss Miata Promo Codes

Moss Motors’ own help center states it plainly: “We do not offer any discount coupons or promo codes. All the prices on our website automatically reflect the current sale prices, deals and discounts on offer. This way you do not have to enter any promo/discount code on your own.”

This matters because coupon aggregators love to list Moss Miata codes that do not exist. RetailMeNot does not even maintain a merchant page for mossmiata.com. If you see a site advertising a working “Moss Miata discount code” in 2026, treat it as junk and do not waste a checkout on it. The savings below are the real ones, verified against the brand’s own pages and help center.

How Moss Miata Savings Actually Work

Moss Miata discounts prices directly on the site rather than handing out codes. The moving parts:

• Automatic sale pricing across the catalog, no code entry needed.
• A loyalty program that earns 10% off for a full year after a qualifying order.
• Twice yearly catalog sales of up to 30% off.
• An extended free shipping offer, live on the homepage now.
• A live clearance page with genuine markdowns.

The $1,500 Loyalty Program: 10% Off for a Year

The Moss Motors Customer Loyalty Program is the single best deal the brand offers. Place an order of $1,500 or more and you automatically earn 10% off that order plus 10% off every order for the next 12 months. Spend another $1,000 or more within the year to extend the benefit.

A few rules worth knowing: multiple discounts are not combined, so only the bigger one applies on any given order. For a Miata owner planning a suspension refresh, a soft top replacement, or a full restoration, the math is compelling. One $1,500 parts order unlocks a year of 10% off everything else you buy for the car.

The Moss Miata Sale Calendar

Moss Miata runs its biggest discounts through its free Miata Motoring catalog and magazine, in roughly month long windows:

• Spring sale (April/May): documented “up to 30% OFF” catalog sales, for example April 13 to May 10, 2023. The spring window lines up with driving season prep, when Miata owners buy maintenance and upgrade parts.
• Late summer sale (August/September): another “up to 30% OFF” window, documented August 17 to September 13, 2023 and August 15 to September 11, 2024.
• Clearance, year round: the clearance page carries real markdowns right now, for example an I.L. Motorsport hazard switch cover at $26.99 (was $30.99) and seat adjustment knobs at $98.99 (was $114.99).

Exact dates shift each year, so check the current catalog or the homepage banner rather than relying on last year’s window. No verifiable Moss Miata Black Friday percentage for 2025 or 2026 has surfaced, so verify at checkout before counting on a holiday event.

Free Shipping: The Offer Extended

The mossmiata.com homepage currently carries a “FREE SHIPPING, OFFER EXTENDED!” banner. This is significant because Miata parts are often heavy or oversized, and shipping costs add up fast.

Read the fine print before you celebrate: the asterisk means exclusions apply, and oversize item fees still apply on free shipping orders. Standard terms also include a $10 minimum parts order, same day shipping for orders placed by 5 p.m. EST Monday to Friday via UPS Ground, and flat $225 truck freight (48 states) for freight items. International orders ship via US Mail or UPS with duties and taxes on you.

Shipping, Returns and Warranty

Returns: Moss Motors updated its returns policy on July 1, 2026. Returns are valid within 90 days of the invoice; parts must be new, uninstalled, and resalable in original packaging for a full refund minus shipping and handling. After 90 days, items are not returnable (store credit only at their discretion). A restocking fee of up to 20% applies when no invoice is supplied or substantial re-stocking work is needed. Installed, damaged, “Custom”, “Special Order”, and “Direct Ship” items are not returnable. You pay return shipping unless the error was theirs.

Warranty: products are warranted against defects in material and workmanship for 24 months from shipment. For restoration grade parts, that is genuinely generous.

6 Smart Shopping Tips for Moss Miata

1. Plan one big order to unlock loyalty. If your project list totals near $1,500, consolidate it into one order. The year of 10% off that follows pays for itself on the next round of parts.
2. Time purchases to the catalog sales. The spring and late summer up to 30% off windows are the deepest predictable discounts. Stock up on maintenance items then.
3. Check the clearance page first. Small but real markdowns live there year round, and clearance parts are first come, first served.
4. Grab the free Miata Motoring magazine. It is free, it carries the sale announcements, and it is the most reliable way to catch the next catalog sale window.
5. Sign up for the email list for sale alerts. No signup discount is advertised, but the list carries sale alerts and free shipping offers you would otherwise miss.
6. Watch the oversize fees. Free shipping does not cover oversize item fees. For big items like tops or seats, compare the landed cost before assuming the free shipping banner covers everything.

Conclusion

Moss Miata will never give you a promo code box to fill at checkout, because the brand does not do promo codes. What it does offer is arguably better for serious Miata owners: direct sale pricing, a loyalty program worth 10% off for a year after a $1,500 order, twice yearly catalog sales up to 30% off, extended free shipping, a live clearance page, 90 day returns, and a 24 month warranty. Shop the sale windows, consolidate toward the loyalty threshold, and ignore every coupon site still listing codes that never existed.
