Rexing makes some of the most popular dash cams in the US, from single-channel commuter cameras to multi-channel rigs for rideshare drivers, plus trail cameras, night vision gear and motorcycle cameras. The good news is that Rexing rarely makes you pay full price. Between a community-verified 10% off code, a newsletter discount, free shipping over $99 and an extended warranty you can claim for free, a careful buyer can stack real savings on top of the weekly sale prices. This guide pulls together every verified Rexing discount for October 2026, explains how each one actually works, and shows you when to buy for the biggest cut.

How Rexing discounts actually work
Rexing does not run a loyalty points programme, and there is no student discount and no military or first responder discount on the official store. Savings at Rexing come from four places instead: type-in promo codes shared through coupon communities, a newsletter signup discount, the Weekly Sales section on the store, and shipping and warranty perks that quietly cut the total cost of owning a camera. Understanding that mix matters, because the biggest headline percentages you see on aggregator sites are often old, expired, or tied to a single product.
The most reliable current code is HOODSTAR, worth 10% off storewide. Shoppers confirmed it working at rexing.com checkout on September 20 and September 24, 2026, including one confirmed $68.99 saving, and the listing carries an end date of November 22, 2026. A second 10% off code, MASSETO, was also confirmed working by shoppers in September 2026. If HOODSTAR fails on your cart, try MASSETO before you give up, and always check the discount line before you pay, because code eligibility can vary by product.
The Rexing newsletter discount: 10 to 15% off your first order
Joining the Rexing mailing list is the easiest saving on this page. Multiple coupon sources report a newsletter signup discount, with the value reported as 10% in some listings and 15% in others, so treat the exact percentage as something to verify at checkout rather than a fixed promise. What is consistent is the deal itself: subscribe, get a subscriber-only code, and use it on your first order. Newsletter subscribers also get early access to sale events before they go public, which matters during Black Friday week when popular models sell out.
If you already used a newsletter code once, a second email address is the usual workaround shoppers use for a fresh first-order code, but check the terms on the signup offer first, since some subscriber codes are single use per household.
Free shipping over $99, and the returns policy in plain English
Free standard shipping kicks in on US orders of $99 or more, with no membership or minimum beyond that threshold. Most Rexing dash cams sit near or above that line on their own, and adding a memory card or a hardwire kit is the cheapest way to cross it if your camera alone falls short. Below $99, standard shipping applies, so a small accessory order can end up costing more per item than it looks.
Returns work differently from the “free returns” claim you will see on some aggregator pages. Under Rexing’s official terms, you have a maximum of 60 days from the purchase date, you must postmark the return within that window, and using the provided shipping label costs a $9.99 per item restocking fee deducted from your refund. The original shipping fee is non-refundable, refunds are processed within 7 days of Rexing receiving the package plus 3 to 5 extra days, and any free gift must go back too or its value comes off your refund. Final sale items, products without proof of purchase, and purchases from unauthorized resellers are not covered. Buy from the official store or an authorized retailer, keep your receipt, and test the camera in the first week so a return, if you need one, stays well inside the 60 days.
The 18-month warranty: free cover most buyers never claim
Rexing’s standard cover is a one year warranty, but registering your product after purchase extends it to 18 months at no extra cost. That is 50% more cover for a device that lives on a hot windshield, and it costs you only the few minutes the registration form takes. Register as soon as the camera arrives, before you throw away the box, because you will need the model and serial details. Note that refunded products lose warranty cover entirely, so do not register a camera you plan to return.
Rexing sale calendar 2026: when to buy
Rexing runs a Weekly Sales section all year, so there is almost always a discounted model if you are flexible about which camera you buy. The biggest savings cluster in the final quarter. October through December is the strongest window, with Black Friday and Cyber Monday typically bringing 20 to 30% off across the range, and holiday deals running into December. Outside that window, watch for spring sale events, summer outdoor season deals on trail cameras and night vision gear, and retailer events like Amazon Prime Day, where authorized resellers often undercut the official store on individual models. If you need a camera now, HOODSTAR plus free shipping over $99 is a solid deal. If you can wait, Black Friday week is historically the cheapest time to buy a Rexing.
Choosing the right Rexing camera before you chase a code
A code only saves money if the camera fits your car and your driving. Commuters usually do fine with a single front camera with Wi-Fi and built-in GPS, which keeps the price down and the install simple. Rideshare and fleet drivers should look at dual or three-channel models that cover the cabin and the rear, since cabin footage is what settles passenger disputes. Motorcyclists need a waterproof dual-channel kit built for bikes, not a car camera adapted with mounts. Hunters and property owners get more from the trail camera and night vision lines than from a dash cam at all. In every case, budget for a memory card rated for continuous recording, and check whether your model supports a hardwire kit if you want parking mode, because those accessories decide whether the camera is useful when the car is off.
5 smart ways to save at Rexing
1. Start with HOODSTAR, keep MASSETO as backup
Apply HOODSTAR first at checkout. If it does not apply to your model, try MASSETO, then the newsletter code. Never pay full price without testing at least two codes, since eligibility varies by product.
2. Build your cart to $99 for free shipping
A memory card, a mount, or a hardwire kit can push a sub-$99 camera over the free shipping threshold, and those are accessories you will probably buy anyway.
3. Register for the 18-month warranty on day one
Free extended cover beats any small discount if the camera fails in month fourteen. Registration takes minutes and only works if you still have the serial number.
4. Check the Weekly Sales section before the code sites
A sale model at 20% off with no code often beats a full-price model with a 10% code. Compare the final checkout total, not the headline percentage.
5. Compare authorized retailers during big sale weeks
Amazon and other authorized retailers run their own Rexing deals during Black Friday and Prime Day, sometimes with extra coupons on individual models. Just confirm the seller is authorized, or the warranty exclusions will apply.
